Who We Are

Madhushram Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organization working to improve access to education, health, skill development, and sustainable opportunities for underprivileged communities in rural areas and urban slums.

Established in 2023, our work is grounded in the belief that lasting social change requires more than short-term support. We design community-based programs that combine awareness, advocacy, and capacity building to create outcomes that communities can sustain independently.

Inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s principle, “The Earth has enough for everyone’s need, but not for everyone’s greed,” we promote responsible development that strengthens values, life skills, and local systems ensuring progress today does not compromise the well-being of tomorrow.

Impact Stories

A Path to Independence Through Skills
Tejaswini Ajay Samat from Pune wanted to start her career but didn’t have the right skills or opportunity. She joined the skill development course, where she learned Excel, typing, and basic communication skills. With the help of training and placement support, she got a job as a Voice Process Executive at The Connection Company and now earns ₹12,500 per month. This opportunity helped her take her first step towards financial independence and a better future. Her journey shows how skill development and proper guidance can help youth find jobs and build their careers.
Health Care That Reached the Doorstep
In many rural and underserved areas, access to basic healthcare was once a major challenge. Through health camps organized by Madhushram Foundation, 800+ individuals across Maharashtra and Karnataka received basic health check-ups, blood tests, and health awareness sessions. For many, this was an opportunity to check their health and understand potential issues. Early screening, along with awareness on hygiene and nutrition, has helped communities take better care of their health and reduce common health problems.
